Your Right to Cancel

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, please contact us before returning your items.

Returning Items

Items should be:

• Unused

• In their original condition

• In their original packaging where possible

• Returned within 14 days of notifying us

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is:

• Faulty

• Damaged

• Incorrect

Please contact us within 30 days with photographs where possible.

We will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include:

• Replacement

• Repair

• Refund

Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been returned.

Original delivery charges will be refunded where required by law.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless faulty, we cannot accept returns of:

• Personalised products

• Perishable goods

• Hygiene products where seals have been broken

• Gift cards

• Downloadable digital products once accessed
